That the Express Media Group takes no responsibility for the language used/ scenes shown or any other immoral, vulgar or any other form of inappropriate content, and if any such content is posted it will be the sole responsibility of the user/ poster that has posted such content. Such content will be liable to be taken down and the concerned authorities will be informed of any prosecutable offence if, it takes place.

The Express Media Group understands and has repeatedly championed the right of Free Speech but such right is a qualified right and anything posted that is immoral, illegal, inhumane or causes any sort of disturbance to the peace of a particular sect or group will be liable to be taken down immediately. Such content will be liable to be taken down and the concerned authorities will be informed of any prosecutable offence if, it takes place. 
16. That the user grants us complete permission to re-use the content without any data/information modification and shall not be liable to pay anything for the use of content submitted by any party or its candidate.

21. The Website can be used; in lieu of the initial payment for the posting of 10 videos; after this number has been exhausted and more videos are sought to be posted an additional purchase for the unlimited video plan package must be made[1].
22. That by use of this website you also accept that the Express Media Group also sets out in the clearest way that :
1. The Website or its administration has no affiliation with any party.
2. That the website is meant to be an independent platform with no party or candidate preference.
3. That, the Website will encrypt all passwords of its users and takes no responsibility for the theft of hacking of any account / user-id.
4. For protection of users we may suspend or disable your account without notice if we consider that:
   1. Disabling an account is necessary to maintain the integrity or security of the services; or
   2. the account is being misused or has otherwise been compromised; or The user breaches these terms of use
   3. The user breaches any Laws of Pakistan.
5. That the Express Media Group takes no responsibility for any legal advice or any advice regarding elections Laws or rules solicited on the website by any users. Users are directed to visit the website of the Election Commission of Pakistan at https://www.ecp.gov.pk/
6. That Neither the website nor Express Media Group store any credit card information. In case of hacking identity or theft of Credit card information, the website or Express Media Group cannot be held responsible.

The Express Media Group will moderate the website and will strive to delete any content that is illegal, immoral, inhumane or in any way likely to cause breach of peace etc, however the User/Poster of such content will be liable for posting any such content and Express Media Group accepts no responsibility for any such content.
